The software enables the development of FEA simulations that allow engineers the ability to see how their designs will behave in millions of real-world scenarios, while reducing or even eliminating the need for costly physical testing.

We offer comprehensive engineering planning of surgical procedures along with:

  • morphometric analysis
  • incision planning,
  • design of individualised implants and templates,
  • possibility of 3D printing of prototypes,
  • strength analysis to assess the risk of tissue damage during surgery.

Autodesk INVENTOR commercial licence

The software allows the development of 3D models of parts, components
and even large assemblies, as well as design documentation that allows rapid testing and evaluation of product concepts without the need for physical testing.

Autodesk Fusion 360 commercial licence

Autodesk Fusion 360 is a cloud-based 3D modelling, CAD, CAM and PCB software platform for product design and manufacturing.

Software for the creation of 3D geometries based on medical diagnostics

Allows the creation of three-dimensional geometric models of individual patients to be created from medical diagnostic images (CT and MRI).

It is possible to perform basic morphometric analyses on the models, including bone thickness analysis, and to modify them to visualise a planned osteotomy or soft tissue resection. 

The 3-matic programme, on the other hand, includes a CAD design toolkit, that can be used to create customised implants, autografts or surgical guides, which can than be manufactured using 3D printing techniques, for example.

The KScan Magic handheld metrology laser scanner (Scantech) is a professional metrology tool whose measurement accuracy allows it to be used in industrial quality control of parts from a few millimetres, up to several metres.

The high resolution, accuracy and smooth switching between lasers, to ensure the finest details are reproduced, while advanced digitalisation technology eliminates the need to dull shiny and black parts.

With real-time visualisation of the measurement data on the monitor screen and information on the optimum measurement position directly on the measuring head, 3D  scanning has never been easier!
